2. Orders
When you complete your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details regarding the products, price, billing, and shipping address.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately via info@todikids.com.

3. Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 5–12 business days. Orders placed on weekends are shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
Please note that high demand at postal carriers can cause delays that are beyond our control. If your delivery is delayed and we have not informed you of an extended delivery time, please contact us at info@todikids.com.
Note that additional customs or VAT charges may apply, as you are the private importer of the product you order.

4. Prices
All prices are stated in USD (US Dollar) or SEK (Swedish Krona) and include VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, printing errors, or incorrect pricing caused by inaccurate information.

5. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods online, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your order.

5.1 How to exercise your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. Send an email to info@todikids.com stating your name, address, email address, order number, and which items you wish to return.
You must return the products immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and for the condition of the products during return shipping. The products should therefore be well packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the product if it is used or damaged.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Services that have been fully performed with your consent before the withdrawal period
• Perishable goods such as food items
• Single issues of newspapers or magazines

6. Complaints and Claims
All products are inspected before shipping. Should a product nevertheless be damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we will, in accordance with consumer protection laws, rectify the issue free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Complaints must be sent immediately after discovering the defect.

6.1 How to make a complaint:
Send an email to info@todikids.com including your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the defect (and preferably a photo).
If we cannot correct the issue or provide a replacement, we will refund you in accordance with consumer protection laws. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if the item is not deemed defective under consumer law. We follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) — see www.arn.se.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages caused by the product.
We accept no liability for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, governmental decisions, or supplier delays.
We also take no responsibility for product changes or variations made by suppliers or other factors outside our control.

We reserve the right for possible typographical errors and out-of-stock products. We do not guarantee that product images exactly reflect the items’ appearance, as color variations may occur depending on your monitor, photo quality, or resolution.
